Enjoyed our stay, had nice 1 day overall. We ate in the good restaurant in bar & restaurant which was reasonably priced. The venue's position was central.

Everything was fairly clean and fine. The restaurant was nice for breakfast, we ordered hot dishes. It had amazing views of the next hotel and a modern decor.

Appetising food, VERY GOOD service and great view of the next hotel.

Well-kept and perfectly clean place, professional staff who appeared to be a manager. Soundproof room and pleasant communication with the staff.

We think it's an enjoyable base for staying in Birmingham. The best thing is location - close enough to bars and restaurants. There is The Lounge nearby for a cup of coffee.

This stylish, exceptionally clean property has rich buffet breakfasts and respectful staff. It has central location, though the area is very ordinary.

It was a fine experience in a homey hotel. I had a great bed and luxury bathroom, great-sized room. The continental breakfast had all one could wan and the staff were knowledgeable. Unbeatable location, 5 minutes' walk to cineworld.

Just superb location and brilliant facilities. The room was well-organised and air-conditioned, bed was really nice. The hotel staff was helpful enough. Location near to the arena, bars and the airport. Our continental breakfast was delicious and above average. Good service at all times too.

Spotless place and optimal location. Adorable staff were ready to help, that's a big plus. Well heated rooms with a magnificent view, liked it.

The place was stunningly beautiful and airy and the staff were enthusiastic, the location was fab situated with easy access to the motorway.

We do loved it because of staff and food. The rooms with A/C, a great comfy bed, the covid circs-put laptop. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. The hotel was located just off bars behind the property as well as the shopping outlet.

We liked staying 2 nights here. Clean place, practical location, responsive staff.

I loved the place, incredible staff and location. Nice view, a big balcony, nice bed, too. The building itself was really comfortable with a green garden. Plenty of food in the hotel, authentic restaurant...

Wi-Fi was average.

The staff are very efficient, rooms are welcoming and unique, location is top. Salad bar and great pool. Besides, guests can park cars nearby.

hotel was fine and i appreciated the food there, it was superb. rooms were decent sized and functional and bathroom was good size with a bathtub. apologetic staff who were more than helpful. wonderful location next to pendigo lake.

The bed was too low here.

Worth its 4 stars. The location is perfect, and the staff is welcoming. It was situated next door to restaurants and a movie theater. Had breakfast for £20 per person per day.

Liked relaxed atmosphere of this place and attentive staff.

Even the Birmingham airport was not so far. 4-star hotel in Birmingham.
